BSNL - Landline
New Connection - Telephone Number (0120) 2888557 not in working stage since when it is installed

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new BSNL landline connection in October. After several follow ups and reminder it got installed on March 06.

This number has not yet activated even aft6er my multiple visits to the Indrapuram (Ghaziabad) BSNL office and nobody picks up the phone at (0120) - 2606800, 2607788, 2607733. They dont even pick up their mobile phnoe (SDO - 9412774544, JE - 9412774592)

May I request you to get this issue resolved or else they should pay back my deposited money.
