Non receipt of survival benefit

Sir,

I am holding a Policy as above in your branch. The second installment of survival benefit should have been sent to me in October'2008 but I regret to mention that so far the benefit (Rs.5000/-) has not been received by me.

I believe, the LIC is most efficiently working theses days but my case seems to have lost your attention.

I would therefore request you to send my dues immediately and oblige.
