Dear Sir/Madam,
Please help me to solve my problem as I am having a bill no. T070320092020623 which shows extra usage of Broadband of 335 mb, while my use is only 701 mb against 1024 mb free. As i have already paid one year's rental in advance and the details of that is as follows:
Demand Note No. W140070
dtd. 4/2.
I have already paid you Rs. 2809/- with this demand note.
Then why I am getting the extra usage of 335 mb while 1024 mb is free.
So please look into the matter and do the needful.
