Phone not working

Dear Sir,

Our Phone # 04328 -255208 is not working since one and half month, we made a complint in BSNL JE office, but there is no action. This is not a first time, this lead big problem to keeping phone with out any use we paying monthly rentle. With in short time not repaired i may need to give request for disconnection.

If possible we may need to go to consumer court aganist BSNL.
