BSNL Landline
IVRS not recognizing the number i pressed from BSNL Landline

Hi,

I have dialed 1500, 1800 424 1600 and other toll free numbers. As we all know these numbers will have IVRS first, this will ask us select the options like 1 or 2... 9 . When i press the option i am interested, its not recognizing. Is this something related to telephone line or phone..??? /

Please help/suggest.
