We are facing this problem nowdays very frequently. and BSNL people are saying that the CABLE is not working. and due to this problem, our phone is dead very frequently. today I have again booked the compalint and the complaint # 76512 Dtd: 08/06/09. and also note that BSNL is also charges full amount in BILL.
We are really fed up with this problem and need urgent solution for this. and also want that BSNL should return the bill amount for those days where the phone is not working.
