My phone number is 080-26892052. Currently my phone is dead and reason BSNL pre-recorded voice says last month bill is not paid. But I have already paid through CITIBANK cheque # 037547 amount Rs.502.00 and amounted is debited from my account on 11th May for which I have bank SMS also. No BSNL has generated another bill (for Rs.213.00 due date 7th July) and they have disconnected my phone. I went to customer care unit they have given 2 useless number (080-26941458 and 26941459) of account department and asked me to speak to them. I have been trying these number from 4 days and no response. Pathetic service, Useless company. Please help me to resolve this..
