Not working from almost 2yrs & no response from employees

My landline no 2596159 is not working from 07/07, i launched complaint several times & even meet the sdo of the area, but still no response.& on asking they reply it cant be repaired, & Every time give a new excuse, & they even dont maintain any record i think because i asked many time about the complaints i launched they just reply they dont have any idea
