BSNL LANDLINE DEAD FROM LAST THRE MONTHS

I am the user of BSNL landline from last 15 years but ihave never face such type of problems

my phone was not working though i have to pay the bill in full

There was no action taken by the regional Exchange office incpite of frequite complaints

Do necessary fast otherwise i am going to cancalled my phone connection
