Landline no.0361-2572829 is not working (i.e non-functioning) for more than one and half month. when ever it is tried to make complain by dialing 198, is not responding. but the kamrup bsnl office is not forgetting to send the bill on time. i am paying the bill regularly through ECS at SBI Gauhati University Branc, then why the bsnl office is not responding to my complains. through this complain, i would like to request the concerned authority to take necessary steps/actions to rectify my land line at the earliest.
