BSNL Landline
My landline phone is dead from 3months

My landline telephon is dead from the jun09. i have make several complaint on 198, and also meet with the higher authority but they giving only words that it will be repair but up till now no action will be taken. what should i do. i am paying the bill from 3 months but no action is taken by the BSNL sakkardara exchange nagpur, should i go to the consumer corts please help me
