BSNL Land Line
BSNL LAND LINE NOT WORKING FROM 22.10.2009

Dear Sir,

I am one of the subscriber of BSNL Kolkata Telephone. Telephone Number 2494 0921.

Since last 15 days my BSNL land line is not working. I have made complaints over telephone.

Complaint numbers are - E4514 dated 23.10. E8951 dated 29.10.2009 & E9928 30.10.2009.

My telephone bill for the month of October has already paid by me on 29.10.2009.

I would request you to please take immdte necessary action.
