This is with regarding a complaint which i have already submitted to you about the disturbance and problems I am facing with the landline connection number 04151-236573, I am unable to use this phone from last two months. I am hearing noise and disturbing sounds while making calls. I already registered this complaint in Chinnasalem (Kallakurichi) exchange, I did not receive any feedback from your side for my previous letter. And I have missed so many important calls. Please consider this as urgent and try to solve this problem soon.
