BSNL Landline
Frequently line fault, and late repairing

Sir, my telephone no is (033) 25025039.my problem is my telephone line got fault on 31st july, i docketed on that day, but it is repaired after 5days, again on 15th august my telephone line got fault, and after docketing till now i have not got any response from BSNL side.

please kindly check this matter.
