BSNL Landline
Only outgoing is there

I have made several compliants to the JE, bhadson, but they dont reponse to it, then after i had made the complaint to the higher authority of BSNL in nabha the JE of circle took only minor steps, but it worked hardly for two three hours and the landline phone came in the same position in which it was . so i request the concerned authority to do the need full.
