ECS hit twice in a month in October & November

I am using BSNL landline as well as broadband. I have opted an ECS facility for making the payment. Till September, the payment was debited properly to my account but from October the ECS hit twice in a month at a 2 days gap for October & November. So excess of Rs. 890.00 (Rs. 445.00 for each month) from my account.
