i have a landline connection with BSNL- Chennai in the exchange Ambattur Chennai - 600053 and for the past one week my Landline is not working and also registered the complaint through phone and got the doc. no. Not only for my residence, more than 2-3 houses in that street face this problem and gave a complaint but till now no steps has been taken... very shame and worst customer service.
