My phone connection number is 0522-2356230 .My Phone and braodband services are dead every other day since Oct. I have registered the complaints innumerable times. Now it is dead since last ten days. The complaint is lodged on 198.

I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service.

Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service.

God Knows when it will be set right. I am thinking of surrending the phone and broadband connection both.
