I've a TWO-FOLD Complain.
1> The above connection was provided to me in regards of HIGH-MONTHLY Bill (Appx 1500/Month).
Later I applied for a Broad-Band connection and as Advertise by BSNL, a FREE Land-Line connection is due to be provided to Broad-Band Subscribers. But when I approached the Office they said any 1 is available.
2> The said connection (Handset with CLI) gone DEAD forever within week after installation (About 2 YRS BACK). Whenever I contacted local Exchange they refuse me with an excuse of non-supply of NEW SETS.
I APPROACHED THE DE (Intrl) with all my Docs and complains and He assured me to solve it by a WEEK but the matter is kept unsolved till date.
