My Landline phone no 0367-2608048 at Guwahati, is dead from 27.0.2009. I gave complain to the 198 vide docket no.-94561 dated 28.7.09. but till now no any one check the fault & reconnect the Phone. I also booked the complain so many times in Sampark 1500, but donot receive any response. Please do something, i am facing a lot problem.
