Our BSNL Landline phone number (0160-2285360) is dead from about last 25-30 days. THe wirtes have been damaged due to ongoing road widening and other construction work of NH-21. Even though consumers of area have raised the issue to BSNL, but the same has not been resolved till now. As per rules we should get no bill for this particular month, The same had happened some months back also, but at that time we have been given bill, But this time I request to BSNL that people of our area should not be given bills for this particular duration and be compensated for loss they incurred due to not working of phone.
