Noise while talking over a call

Hi

My telephone number is 0122-2305039.Since 15 days there is a disturbing noise while talking over the call. I have already complaint twice but no one rectify this problem. Sir I m too much trouble without using the phone. I enable to connecting with my relatives & other persons & not doing the urgent work without helping the phone. I were faced this problem many times earlier also. Please rectify the problem in the telephone line as soon as possible.
