Telephone dead from 15.05.2008

My telephone No. 0122-2338270 which was dead from 15.05.2008 and i have already lodge the complaint of this complaint No. 820 dated 18.05.2008 . I was meet the personaly with line man, SDO hapur, and DET, hapur but they couid not give the sufficieant answer about my problem.
