BSNL landline surrendered and money refund
Efund of money aginst surrender of telephone

Dear sir

I, sajal kumar paul, have surrendered my telephone (0341-2442595) with the handset (delivered by BSNL.).and asked for refund of sequrity deposite..

But office is harashing me and telling that u need the deposite slip...

The phone was working condition, bill was paid up-to-date..and office also know without deposition of required money no connection is avaible..BSNL is not a charitable trust...

So I request to send the refund cheque ASAP..Ootherwise I will go consumer court..
