Sir,

I have land line telephone with Rajouri Exchange (J & K) No is 01962264088. The same No is out of order since 15 july. I am presently in Delhi, and lodge complaints to the exchange regularly through mob phone and STD. But the operater from No 01962263180 not provided me any complaint no. the no is still dead.
