our TEL NO S 04423710516... we are stayin in 46/52, MURTHY STREET EXTN, WEST MAMBALAM, CHENNAI-33... for the last two to three weeks our landline phone s not working... i dont know whether the problem is with telephone or landline connection... when we disconnect the line and rest the phone sound is coming, and after that we are not able to dial any other numbers. same line gets continued even if we cut that line... sound s coming in the phone which is irritating... we have already registered once or twice for the complaint.but there s no response and we are even tryin bsnl toll no 1500 but no one s responding... we are in a great urgent for the phone .so i kindly request u to hear this complaint and do the service as soon as possible.thank u...
