Landline telephone defalt in long time

Dear Sir,

My telephone No.0141-2230646 residing at Jaipur at Rajasthan long times my landline telephone is deflat. I lodged complaint in BSNL Office dated 17-06 (No.55142) and varbale and telephonice discussion to concerned officers many times but no result.

Please immediate action in this regards
