Unique Id for telephone bill in village plan

Hello,

I am trying to pay my telephone bills online for my phone number 04374-251470. When I am trying to add my account for online payment, it asks for Unique ID. But this Unique id is missing in my telephone bill. We have only bill number and customer number. My phone line belongs Rajagiri village for Thanjavur SSA - Tamilnadu. When I tried to give my customer number it got rejected. Dont the village phone accounts have Unique ID? If not how can we pay the telephone bill of village plan online? Please help me out for this issue.
