I am not satisfied with the approach

In sector-56, Gurgaon, i had applied for broadband services of BSNL in Mar 09. Their staff had collected Rs 500/- from us and despite several reminders, nobody turned up. I was in touch with concerned engineer, Mr Sharma who kept on assuring me about the dates but that did not come till now. I now want my money back as i am not interested for the connection.
