I am getting regular SMSs from BT-12555 regarding Songs. I periodically requesting Customer service on their No. 9400024365, to block the SMSs from the above Number. But no action seems to have been taken. Yesterday, when I have requested the BSNL Call center Officials regarding this, I was directed to contact the other No. 1909. Kindly advice me, to whom I have to make the complaint to get rid of this.
