I want my Money back Not satisfied with Service

Myself Bhagyashree Chopde, Residence: N-58, Reshimbagh, Nagpur, Maharashtra, Pin-440009.

want to file a complaint against Mr Chetan Oza from Tirupati Telecommunication & Services (BSNL Broadband service provider)

On 2nd Feb I called up Mr Chetan for Broadband Service. He came to our place the same day and promised us to provide the service at the max in 15 days. The same day he took Rs 300 amount which is refundable (told by him)

After calling him regularly, he started giving excuses, and started avoiding us. Then we asked for the refund of Amt Rs. 300. But then he started not to receive our call. And now its 16th of March but still he has not return our money.

And in this perod I have gone through lot of emotional stress.

Please take this case into consideration, because it will result in wrong image of BSNL .

Help me to get back Rs 300 amount as soon as possible.
