I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAIN IN BSNL ON 11TH MARCH THAT MY BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION IS GETTING RESET FREQUENTLY SO THAT I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM MY MAIL, THEY ARE RESPONDING WELL AND DOING CALLS FOR CONFIRMING BUT CONNECTION IS WELL WORKING AT THE DAY OF THEY CALLED BUT AFTER THAT THE CONECTION WILL REMAINS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM OF RESETTING AND STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS.
AFTER THAT THEY HAVE SEND ME THE 842.25 BILL ALSO AS PER THE MONTHLY PLAN.WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE THE UNUSABLE AND WASTE SERVICE BECAUSE I AM STILL GETTING THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 11TH OF MARCH UPTO THIS DAY.
KINDLY TELL THEM TO SOLVE THE COMPLAIN OF MY BROADBAND CONNECTION AND CUT THE BILL ALSO BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS STILL REMAINS...
