i have given the request for fresh conection on 26th may but till now no action has been taken from bsnl authority . i am staying in azad lane, subhani khera, telibag, lucknow, up.i request u to plz do the need full. i also talked to HDO but he surrended by saying "i cant do anything" plz do the needful.
