Poor service in giving telephone Bills

I m a MTNL landline user. We are getting phone bills very late after the payment due date. For that we have to pay extra Rs.20/-.

If we ask MTNL, they say it's not our fault & it's true.

Because the Bill date is 08/06/08. The same is received by main post on 11/06/08 & the stamp on the envelop is 13/06/08.

We have received the same bill on 30/06/08. Obviously will have to pay late payment fees though its not our mistake.

I request you to please look into this matter.
