Disconnection of Mobile the bill has been already paid

It is quiet astonishing to note that inspite of deposit of Bill No.59402748 dated 13/05 paid on 03/06 for Rs.480 outgoing calls of Mobile No. 919416016450 has been disconnected which created a lot of trouble to me. I m practicing Chartered Accountant & out of Station. You are requested to fix the responsibility of the erring officer immediately. We are BSNL Mobile Cellone Customer Since last 6 Years and Bsnl Landline Customer from last 15 Years.
