Dear Sir,

I have deposited Rs. 5000.00 and completed all paper work to Start ISDN on my Mobile Phone No. 94250 52226, department has isswued me New Sim also, and it has been activited for local and STD service but it has not activated for ISDN till today.

Result of which, I have been put financial losses.
