Deactivate of dillertone in BSNL mobile

I have already talk to customer care before 2 month for deactication of diller tone in BSNL mobile, they said me for send SMS to customer care. i have sent SMS same day but still diller tone is not deactivated and BSNL charge me rental for diller tone... Request you to please do the needfull... ASAP..Sharad
