I have a BSNL Mobile prepaid connection of 249 plan (My no. : 919433716190) where calls to BSNL mobile within Kolkata is to be charged @Rs. 0.05/min. But whenever I am making a call to BSNL mobile nos. they are charging me @Rs. 0.20/min. I raised a complaint to the customer care but they told me that this is a network problem and would not happen next time (so they did not provide me with a complain no., Person attended my call was Mr. RAMKRISHNA) but it seems to be false and still I am charged with the excess rate. I again raised a complaint the next day and I was said that very soon they would revert me back from their concerned Dept. and asked me to have patience. The surprising issue is once they have given me a complain no. but nothing turned up and when I complained again they provided me with another complain no. and mentioned the same speech as the earlier guys. This is really ridiculous. The details of the complaints made to the CUSTOMER CARE BSNL are given below:

Please help me solv this issue as I am really upset and annoyed with the responses of the Customer support Guys from BSNL and their service. As per their advice for keeping patience it seems like I have to wait for the things to be solved once my balance gets finished, which also is doubtfull.
