I am holding bsnl phone number 22772920 and holding broadband connection but I am very regret to say that the customer service is not provided in time.so many time I lodge a grievance but after repairing net is not working properly and in a month the net is working 15 day what is the reason that i don't no. I pay my dues regularly. You are requested to look in to the matter and do needful arrangement to solve my problem otherwise i have no other alternate to approach the higher authority of government of India.
