Bsnl planRs.299/pm
Very slow speed, no video visible

Sir,

I got broadband connection a few days back under BSNL Plan Home-

RS.299/pm. Its speed is so slow that I can't see any video or movie at

any site & nor can I talk at skype online to my nears &dears one.

I have been allotted this new connection on land line no. 0565-

2420416 by krishna ngr exchange Mathura. UP-281004.

Please lodge my complaint & advice me suitably.
