I have registered my complain regarding (outgoing call to reliance mobile-Route bussy) to BSNL complain center on 24365 on 14, March, 09 and received sms along with complain doc no 2930168 . surprisely got call on 15, March, 09 at 10.02am form 02026341609 and informed me that my outgoing problem has been solved and instructed to switch off the mobile and select network manually. So i did, But still the problem continues specially outgoing calls to Relaince mob. Twice i contacted 24356 and tried to logde my fresh complain, but the executive refuses to register my complain and when askes to connect to senior they just put me on hold for almost 10-12 minutes ie BSNL service center and nothing happened. So i did call to 02026341609 form which i received call saying my problem has been sloved and another suprise the executive says this is CDMA center, you might have received call by technical mistake. Informed mr to call 24365.
1.Why they dont register my fresh complain?
2.Who has solved my problem?
3.Why did i got call from 02026341609?
4.Is it got to keep customer on hold for 10 min?
5.What is problem for outgoing to reliance moblie?
I suggest BSNL to change their name to Bakwas service Network Ltd.
