Bsnl postpaid
Poor gprs connection... too poor

I am bsnl postpaid user. my number is 9446001784. i am frm kerala, ernakulam dis., nettoor.

even though there is a bsnl tower and a bsnl service office near my house i am getting slow gprs connection

i have taken 199 plan. when i go to neighbouring town i am getting speed abt 20 kbps but when i reach at my home. i am only getting 2kbps... is there any remedy for this problem? can i get service frm the tower of ma neighbouring town?
