ILLEGAL DEACTIVATION OF POST PAID MOBILE OUTGOING CALLS

My post paid mobile No is 9415204188. I have paid bll rs 1258 on 24 jan account no 115406157 which was confirmed by bsnl throuh sms on 24/01/0at5.17 pm. My outgoing calls have beendeactivated by BSNL and it was informed to me through sms at 8.03 PM on 24/1/08
