Carelessness of Customer Support Department

Dear All,

We have purchased the Videocon 29 " TV from Garg Electronics, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Dealer) on 20.04.07.

The TV is not functioning properly as there is no sound & display after switch the TV.

We have made several complaints in this regard to dealer & company, but no body is giving the response properly.
