This is sancharan roy having BSNL postpaid number 9433093357..Last month I paid my bill through online payment mode. But this month I am trying to pay my bill through online but ststus is showing that I do not have any outstanding bill.. Also i did not receive the hard copy of my bill. But I called the customer care executive, and they told that I have to pay Rs 310/ before 28th april otherwise I have to pay fine..
