Excess billing

I holder of post paid mobil no. 9419146214 a/c no. 102652497 request that i had Rs. 100 plan upto last july and i was receiving bills above Rs. 600/-pm. Now i changed the plan and opted Rs.325 plan from August but my bills remain the same. I have checked my billing details and calculated with referrence to tarrifs fixed for the plan. pl. check & reply
