I have postpaid connection of bsnl 100 plan which is free on a single no.but from last two months they have charged on that particular no.

according to me the bill has to come 200rs only in last month but it has come 1614rs.i have complained for this but nothing had been done.

they have told me to deposit this amount and it will be adjusted in next month.but this month it is again exceeded to 1141rs.and this time,

according to me this cant be exceed from 200rs.i m a poor man and i cant afford this.please help me out.my mobile no.is 9415145631.
