Bsnl prepaid
Problem in network

My phone no. is 9420067097. I have life time prepaid connection EXCEL card.

from almost two weeks i m trying to call customer care numbers

i tried the following no. 1500, 123, 9400024365, 18003451800 and more, but always

it shows "network busy, retry or not". I Live in NALLASOPARA, THANE DISTRICT, MAHARASHTRA.

i m tired of this problem
