I am a prepaid customer with no. 9441735313 residing in Secunderabad. On 10-3-09 at 4:56 am, I received a message that my, request for the BSNL tunes had been processed. I spoke to the customer service executive consequently, and told them that I had not requested this service, and asked them to terminate this immediately. They told me that my request had been noted. But, I received a message that I had been charged Rs. 25 for BSNL tunes on 21-3-09 at 5:01 pm. After a few days, I luckly, mangaged to speak to one of your customer care executives, who told me to send an sms (BT DACT to 56700), I have tried sending this message for almost the past 20 days, but the the message sending always fails. While activation happens so fast, I wonder, why deactivation gets delayed. Is this willful in the interest of the company? Finally, on 18th, I came to theBSNL centre at S.P. Road Secunderabad in the evening and I filled in an application, asking for the deactivation. But, I have again received a message today at 4:56 am that I have been charged RS. 25 again for the BSNL tunes, which is absurd. BSNL refund my money, as I had applied for the termination well in advance. And when I try to speak to the customer service executive through the main menu and dial 9, we get a message that the dialed number is wrong.
