I had charged my mobile in the name of Sanjay Kumar on 16.08.09 with Rs 331Excel One India Plan. I received message that a sum of Rs. 330 has been crdited into my account. But till date there is no outgoing call is activated. I am very much upset with the service of BSNL. I am unable to do my work. I had around 25 times called BSNL Customer care. They told that they are not responsible for it. They gaver me numbers of Easily recharge. I rangup but none of them lifted the phone.
